Care and cleaning of a fireclay sink

Daily: rinse with warm water and a soft cloth. That is the entire daily routine.
Weekly: a non-abrasive cream cleaner, Bar Keepers Friend, Cif, or any pH-neutral ceramic cleaner, applied with a sponge. Rinse. Dry with a tea towel to prevent watermarks.
Avoid: steel wool, abrasive scouring pads, and bleach used neat. Fireclay is acid-resistant but the glaze finish softens slightly under prolonged neat bleach exposure. Dilute 1:10 if you must.
